I saw it a long time ago in a YouTube show that talks about these things in movies, and yes, it's apparently from the movie Frozen (the first one) and the version adapted by Disney.
The reworked version of Lin-Jolt with 100% ad blocking should be available soon, but without custom emojis & (maybe) a Proton folder to run .exe files on Linux. However, it should be available soon in development.
He strangely reminds me of that character from the movie Shrek mmmmmmmmhhhhhhhhhh...
