I swear I've already seen this lost media when I was a kid on the old YT I remembered this video but it was too blurry in my head, I only remembered a couple of Peashooters talking to each other in a Shadow play style window.

@elsqued I saw it a long time ago in a YouTube show that talks about these things in movies, and yes, it's apparently from the movie Frozen (the first one) and the version adapted by Disney.
