What i think caused it is that after beating 2-21 due to lag it caused it to skip strait to 2-23.
I think i fixed it but just in case im delete and redownload.

My favourite pair of joy cons got drift today.
I connected nintendo switch wired pro controller disguised as gamecube controller to ps3.
The mobile versions of Sonic 1 & Sonic 2 are getting discontinued soon so get them now or get them never.
EDIT: They gone on IOS, you can still get them on android i think.
