I took a small break from GJ, been focusing more on myself and the development of LD:F, which by the way, is currently in development hell
Not because I've lost motivation again, but because there's this frustrating bug that I can't fix:

When an follow triggered object follows an advanced follow triggered object that follows player 1, you can make things follow the player forever.
How? No clue, but if it works, it works.

This is how I made the abilities; dash, double jump, drop down and lightspeed jump.
But it can also sometimes break, for some reason? I've tried to fix it all week, and I think it's a glitch within GD's code itself
The objects that follow go offset, and slowly moving away from the player. I have no idea what causes this, so I might have to delay the planned release date for the next beta to next year.
