My advice is to steer clear of that stuff.
The more controversies/drama you get yourself into, the worse your mental health will get.
If you keep getting yourself into this type of stuff, you may slowly become depressed or suicidal.
If you feel like your health is going bad:
PLEASE take a break.
Take a very long break if you need to. Your followers shouldn't pressure you into making content for them, they aren't entitled to that.
Remember: You. And. Your. Health. Are. Important.
Take your time if you need to.
The real people who like/love you and your content, can also wait for you too.
If you end up taking a break, take your time, and surround yourself with/do the stuff that you love. That could be listening to your favorite content creator/artist, playing games, doing a hobby, or whatever you love!
And when/if you return, like I said at the start:
Steer. Clear. Of. Drama.
If you feel like you want to talk about a controversy/drama, try to make it short, just say something along the lines of: "Hey, X is bad, and here's proof for the doubters." (aka just keep it short and try not to get involved with it all too much.)
