I was about to start working on this project and discovered that Nintendo can charge me up for damage* if I do create this fangame
So yeah project canceled

If the infraction can remove income of any kind, now or in the future to the IP owner, they can charge me with damage, in this case they could argue that this fangame would make them loose income if they ever planned to make a remake to Minish cap
I could try to defend it but I have no lawyer nor the intention to risk it all for a fangame

Day 2 of Minish cap 3d, lost an insane amount of time trying to find a way to make things I actually can't.
also why the heck does inspiration hit when I'm past my bedtime TwT
I may or may not have spent the last 4 days playing Genshin Impact nonstop
Day 3 : added a pot for link to stare at more seriously tho, I need to find a 3d artist for this project or else I'm cooked (why my pot mesh so edgy
