I was testing the FPS option in fnaf 2 plus, and it was between 9 and 14 FPS (that's not bad, because my cell phone is already full) And there's also the detail that when it's disabled it releases more optimization, I think between 14 and 20 FPS
If your cell phone has 4 GB of RAM with more than 20 GB free, or 6 GB of RAM to use, it will run fine.
And I also can't forget that on a cell phone emulator it runs much more optimized.
My cell phone has 4 GB of RAM, and 17 GB free (I know it's not much) and there will also be a LITE version when the full version comes out.
