I was thinking it could be interesting to treat each FNAF game as if it were a standalone game, with no connections and no extensive lore.

Just pretend that only one FNAF game exists and ignore the rest.

I don’t know if what I’m saying makes sense


I’d like to try this idea with FNAF 4. I was thinking that the game works even if you treat its story as its own thing within FNAF’s world: you could assume the story is simply about a child being bullied by his older brother.

No missing children, no William Afton or a killer purple guy, no books. Just theorizing based on what the game actually shows
