turns out its not (had to compile the decompiler myself)

fatal fog dialogue restored, its in russian and doesnt fit in with the current fatal fog, but the level was supposed to be completable with any character combination and featured a chaos emerald

if you want to change the sound names, you gotta do it by hand here

and I am planning to recompress all the sound files to ogg
