Scrapped Dr. Robotnik Moveset.

The design itself isn't scrapped nor the Moveset shown in the menu but the one seen in game is.

The regular turret is going to get reworked and the counter bubble move.

Sonic moveset gameplay! It isn't as clear but he got some buffs!
