If someone wants to take the project or wants to become a collaborator just tell me since I'm abandoning this project (the code is horrible ngl)

Sonic's Palettes, Classic camera, fixed peel-out sprites, better sonic mania title card, Fixed some bugs, and some more stuff

So I've tried to make a "Mania Rotation Style" for the game and here what it's looking like (It's still not perfect but it's familiar)

Sonic have a new ability (+ more parallax layer)
