New user check system, gotta fix the OBS recording quality later

It's not perfect but it works. I'm gonna use a different method using Aseprite for the actual spritesheet so the process goes by faster

yea I'm back finally, huzzah!! glad to know people are still checking in on me even now, as for what I've been doing while I'm gone, I'll try and put it all together soon!
