Ik it has been 2 months but the project isn't dead, just quiet. We are still working on the remake at our own paces. I personally am focusing a lot more on 3D modelling to improve my skills in that area.
Next up
I've taken a bit of a break from the tutorial room and started working on the first corridor. Currently there are no textures for this corridor. I hope to have both the tutorial room and first corridor done very soon.
I've done quite a bit recently with Oliver, I created the whole body and his backpack! I also reshaped his head to be more like how I imagined it to be. I'll do some tweaking here and there but in the meantime I'll be working on the mouth and eyes.
Hey all! Got a lot more to show off today. I've added the blue and orange Huggables now and I've almost finished Oliver! I am still trying to get suggestions on how the Huggables can look different apart from colour changes and height.
The G11's model is now finished. I just need to add the magazine, the textures and animations. I think it went pretty well :)
Sorry I have been inactive for this game for a while. I have been working on the Pink Huggable model, I have finished the model itself, textures, and nearly all animations. Hope you all like this :D. I'll show things more often in the future.
I have been busy for the past few weeks due to moving houses so I haven't been able to work on Oliver recently. I have now remade his body. It does not have textures yet but it will soon. The trello will be updated once I have finished Oliver.
I have now fully textured Oliver and I have nearly finished rigging him. I just need to rig the jaw and his backpack, after that animations will be the next thing to do. After I am done with that I'll work on his guns (only his first one for testing).
This is the current look of the main character (unnamed). He used to not have a belt and zipper which made it confusing to tell what was on his head. They are shorts so I made it look the part.
Hey all! I have now finished Oliver and I have started on the G11. It is using the scrapped movie's design and is still WIP. I hope you all like this :D
I've done quite a bit to this room so far. New ceiling/ roof, better vents and boards. I was in the material render mode so that is why a lot of it is white. We have another idea for this room but it's a secret ;)
