Eva's Future version is called "One Winged Angel"(yes that's a Final Fantasy reference)

as the name says, she has one wing but she has smaller wings on her limbs and head.

her metallic face gets covered in some type of black goo yet her eye is still visible.

she ends up getting immortality. no longer able to die and she can also heal herself now.
