If you are having resolution or framerate issues while playing Mystic Touch on fullscreen mode, press F5 on your keyboard to open this menu.
If you're with GDI on , try changing to DirectDraw.

I took some time to make... new windows... yeah.

Even though I use RTP graphics, I changing and making custom little things for the game to give a more personal touch to it.
