In between some other projects I’m working on, I took a moment to redesign another FNaS OC, Toymaric. He was originally just a ‘Nightmaric but Toy’ character, and one of my oldest FNaS OCs in general, so he was due for an upgrade.


Interesting FNaS Tidbit: According to the Official FNaS Wiki on Miraheze, Nightmaric’s planned intention for FNaS 4 2.0 was some form of nightmare entity, with comparisons being made to Bill Cipher, but with a more serious tone in general. He would have functioned like a parasite, latching onto hosts’ brains to kill them within their dreams, as Night 6 onwards was Luigi having nightmares of the previous week.

With this in mind, I decided to parallel the idea by creating a murder robot designed to not only kill his victims, but make them experience great terror in their final moments.

To assist in this directive, among his array of weapons is a syringe in his tail, containing a serum akin to the fear toxin used by The Scarecrow from the Batman franchise. When it’s injected into a target, that victim will experience vivid and terrifying hallucinations, often based on their greatest fears. Once their fear has peaked, he finishes the job.

Nightmaric liked the planned Bill Cipher-esque identity for the 2.0 games and just went with the whole fit. I guess I’d call this one Ciphermaric or something.

Inspired by some cool info in the FNaS Fan Server about a Hardmode Shadow Sonic design Sunrose had in mind for MM before it got robbed and half-baked, I combined it with the canon design by Cyvap to make… Hardermode Shadow Sonic? Still thinking of a name.

I had an opportunity to draw some art for a pride-related event, and I think that through the mix of male and female parts (and the Wiki stating it has no gender), Toymare could technically count as non-binary. So I guess I made some #PrideArt this year.

Against my better judgment, I went and made some kind of FNWN Nightmare Salvage Sonic design for some reason. It wasn’t initially planned to be posted publicly, but Moley doesn’t really care for 4DLC so he said I could.

Simple artwork of Toymare. For once, I actually remembered to make art in time for an anniversary. Kinda helps that two of my favorites in the series are from FNaS 4.

HOO BOY, it has been a hot minute since I posted here. So to kick off posting in the new FNaS community, I’ll show the first renders for that AU I’m finally getting to.

So Simple FNaS, a FNaS RP game on Roblox, just had an update with a new FNaS 2 map, and previously had a contest for people to make posters for it. I made the Luiginette and Toy Yoshi posters seen here, so check out the game and you might see them!

The idea has certainly been done before, but I made my own take on a Nightmare Ballon Toad. I took the damaged design of Phantom BT as the base and added details based on the Nightmare Toys and Nightmare Balloon Boy.
