In the scene recreated in this it's when the debut vote happens (Specifically when 8-Ball (Harlan), Match (Vanessa) and Roboty's (Ashley) votes are revealed and turn out that they do not debut in "The Power of Two")

The reason why Vanessa's headband is rainbow is that because Match has "rainbow hair" in TPOT 13
