It has come to my attention that my current “Staff” which consists of one Parallax Map Artist and one Sprite Artist are completing their tasks at a VERY SLOW rate…
So slow in fact, that it’s been almost 3 months since I’ve received anything from my sprite artist and 4 and a half months since I got anything from my parallax map artists!
What does this mean?
Well, for starters, it means that unless they suddenly pick up the pace and keep at said pace, this game’s “finished” date is going to be sometime in 2020 or later!
So what I need from you all, the people who follow my game, is to spread the word that I am in desperate need of a parallax map artist and sprite artist. Don’t refer them to the application as I’ve come to ignore that as 99% of the applicants on it either don’t fill it out correctly or lied about their skill.
Instead have them email me directly at [email protected] with the subject title: “APPLYING FOR <Insert parallax artist or Sprite Artist here>”
I should make a few things clear:
I DO NOT want an amature!
They MUST BE WILLING to work with me and my income schedule which is every month on the 1st.
THEY MUST actively communicate with me regularly!(None of this, message me once and don’t talk to me again for 2 months.)
THEY MUST be able to do their work quickly and effectively.(I don’t expect it done in one week, but the longest I want to wait on the results of what I paid for is a maximum of one month.)
These are the requirements and the only way I’ll be lenient with any of them is if they go beyond what is required of them for any or all of the requirments.
I tried not being strict on these rules before and it got me what I have now…
Well, no more!
The current artists I have will be informed of these requirements as well. This may very well end up biting me in the bum but I’ve been kind and lenient for far too long!
If you can, be sure to inform Equestria Daily of this as well. The more people who e-mail them about this, the bigger chance it has of getting its own post and being noticed by more people than one of those small “project update” posts that often get overlooked in a weekly/nightly roundup post.
