I personally prefer the 256x256 version since it has good performance and at the same time it is photorealistic together with the shaders.
Postscript: The resource pack will soon be ready on my patreon in 32x32, 64x64, 128x128, 256x256 and 512x512 resolutions, the 64x64 version being one of the prettiest and best optimized of the texture pack will be totally free
