He would have been just a Golden Freddy clone and was scrapped because

1. his style (drawn by @BaldFaz ) would be a major contrast to the style of the game

and

2. I didn’t know how to fit him into the lore

totally real five nights at inferno leak 2 (inferno will never know)

What @impostorguy sees when he tells me coding is going slower than expected
