He is Vlad's inner demon, no one can see him or hear him, with the exception of those people who can read minds, his main task is to ruin Vlad's life by trying to make him depressed and take control of him in order to do bad things, usually he can't do it, because Vlad resists him by distracting himself with various things and communicating with his friends
