He'll be similar to pacifist but more upgraded. Many rain based attacks and AOE attacks. Probably going to give him weak damage but high dodges. Phase 2? Maybe

Reset required characters will give you much more stronger characters. To get a reset you need 500 wins. A reset gives you access to stronger characters that can help you grind faster to get back your wins. When reset you keep your gold just not wins.
