After a good while of thinking about it, it's been decided to implement Difficulty settings into the Project at work! These settings will come in a very similar format to other games such as Bug Fables and Five Nights at Fuckboys.
The following are the settings:Normal Mode - recommended, it's the usual chill game with nothing changed to it.
Hard Mode - moderately more challenging, pays back while playing.
Harder Mode - even more challenging but pays back even better.
Pingas Mode - I... am not responsible for anything that might happen with this one.
The primary reason behind the just-referred Gamemodes is in case people feel like they are going too slow in progress when playing the game as they give Enemies a much better chance to destroy you while also rewarding you even more.
lowered Damage Dealt, increased Damage Taken
increased Experience and Gold received
These two points are what's most changed between the Gamemodes, the values change drastically between them.
Currently, the method of applying each Gamemode when choosing a setting is a special item equipped to every single character held by the Player, including Custom.
Along with the item, a Special Pass is granted to the player as a Key Item depending on the settings they choose that isn't the normal mode, this allows for unlockables and events that wouldn't normally occur. It's an additional gift to relieve those who might get and ironic Hard time when taking them on, this ain't a rage game after all.
