FLESHHOLDERS.
they have a mix of organic and inorganic systems. they are organically produced through sexual reproduction.
born headless, this species has both muscles and bones and flesh as well as metal and wires within them. the wires are produced by the body itself. a head (must be mechanical or electronic in some way) is given to them before 4 years of their lives for the wires to latch onto. if they do not have anything to latch onto they will begin to die and the rest of the body will rot with them. these heads are usually random things found in the area, leading to fleshholders in different districts to all have a „look” unique to that area. for example, fleshholders near the docks may have radars, communication radios, or naval mines. fleshholders in the residential portion tend to have more „domestic“ devices, such as a television or a home radio.
