Yup. He's here, sorta. This is one of three non-canon easter eggs that appear in the game. These three in particular, including this one, have nothing to do with the story and are just for fun.

So, looking back on my post yesterday, I realized that I might just get the announcement out of the way so that you guys don't have to keep waiting. Here's an explanation.
HELP WANTED! Me and @The_Kirby_Genius 
are currently looking for a voice actor for the phone guy in Five nights at dark pits: Reascended. Got what it takes? Meet the criteria in the photo, dm me or Kirby, and we'll send you test lines! (MORE INFO BELOW)
Added some new sounds for the lights and the office buttons! Also, thank you to @Solar-Neon 
for the newer office redesign! As for the subtitles, they're mostly complete already! Just might need some tweaking before they're fully done.
