In HT:TBS, Nice cream guy (his real name is Jefert) is an employee in a chain of Bars and cafes of Grillby, which are located exclusively in Snowden.(I'll tell about Grillby and his business in the next posts)
Jefert is one of Grillby's first employees. He was selling ice cream at the age of eighteen, and continues to do so even ten years later.
This guy loves and appreciates his work. He likes to cheer up monsters and wizards by selling them ice cream. He also often just talks to clients, can listen to someone who is currently having a hard time coping with problems, or even give advice.
Jefert himself personally created several ice cream recipes.
