Hello, I know this time of year can be especially hard. Hell I've had my fair share of struggles. This isn't about me although I may talk more about that at another time, it's about you. I know you've been through hell and back this last year. You've been trying so hard and the world just seems to keep knocking you down.

But listen, you are worth it. Why did you make it through all of those struggles? Why did you fight so hard to be here right now? You didn't have to do any of this. You are strong, so much stronger than you'll ever realize... because you're here.

You've made it. You overcame all of those challenges that destroyed you and left you empty. People might not see what you go through but I know every day you're fighting. Every day you get up and face the world again you are winning. You're beating the system that has been making your life so awful.

To be honest I couldn't be more proud of you right now. I'm proud of every single one of you. These years have been so tough but here you are. Please take a moment to realize how far you've come and how much you've accomplished. Just by being here you're stronger than all of the things you've suffered through.
