It's that time once again, lets talk about the demo(plus question at the end).


Firstly holy hell, it's clear that you guys really like this game! Most of the praises I've gotten for this game was the overall atmosphere. Well the thing is, I'm a huge fan of the original TLR's atmosphere. Sure TLR Rebooted was a fan made return(heh) of the game, but to me it didn't feel as creepy as the original sometimes, that doesn't mean I don't like Rebooted's atmosphere, hell I love it! I just like the official TLR's more, and that's what I tried to recreate for this game.

I DID say that this is one of my best looking projects so far(twice), and now you can clearly see it for yourself. I know some stuff looks simple and basic like the camera UI, but some stuff I leave simple just because!

As for the praises of the gameplay, I'm quite surprised! To be real with you, I almost decided to redo the entire gameplay from scratch but the beta testers told me it was fine so I just had to see what you guys thought.

Oh and for the character models, I know they're not the most high quality or fancy, but just remember that I'm literally making all of these with almost zero reference at all(because I can't draw for shit). And some of the changes in their designs was entirely on me since TLR has some strange design choices for some characters(mostly Tinky-Winky).

That's really all I gotta say for now. There's still a good amount of stuff planned for the full release, but since I got school it may take a while to finish.

But what would you like to see for this game? Knowing that it's the TLR of the redux series, lots of crazy stuff can happen. So what do you hope to see? What kind of gameplay do you like? I'll take all answers into thought during the making of the game.
