I have mixed emotions regarding the process of this one. It's funny, cause the reason I started with this pose is because I couldn't do a more complex one, haha. I've been worrying for a while whether it's too simple, I copy the reference artwork too much or it's a "back side just for sake of it".
Regardless, I did have a lot of fun drawing it, so that's nice, although it didn't take too long for anxiety to spin things around. I've started working on it almost 2 weeks ago, yet the last few days I was only briefly revisiting the artwork to see, if anything needs a fix.
There are still many bright sides to look at, for example the decor! I accidentally got that sunny aesthetic, but upon seeing the result I just had to double on that! The work might be severely flawed, but I like it. In the end, what would be the joy in polishing it for another week?
Oh, also the haircut! I thought it would be a fun experience to try a new one, I think it fits her very well... 🥺
I might have problems with drawing as "often", with school deadlines slowly approaching, but this should do it for a while. Also I wasn't planning to release the drawing on 13th-14th February, so don't connect any lines! I would release it a few days earlier if not my anxiety taking over, haha.
That being said, I hope things are getting better for you all!
