Changes:

Added an option to mute the music

Fixed The weapon typo on controls

Fencing option is now enabled (It's less janky to move left or right from the office, hopefully.)

IFILG spawns more often if it is hotter in the office.

Additions:

Jetie (Character)
* With Jetie Coded that means the base roster is finished, This took a while mostly because this wasn't my main focus.
