* Main reason I made power go down faster is that I felt like it was not big of an issue

Bug Fixes:

Fixed an error where Jetie's office noise limit and no noise AI timer were the same.

(Held some stuff for 5 months [I was doing other stuff, which is why I didn't touch this game as much])
