Murockko now has a different jumpscare sound

Griffpatch reworked instead of straight-up killing you, he will mess with you for the rest of the night.

Tasque Manager power goes down faster (0.12 -> 0.04 at max AI) [0.3-((AI+5)*0.005)] > [0.25-((AI+5)*0.006)]

* The Tasque Manager change was because I felt like power wasn't that big of a deal at max AI.

Awhilie [OC] (Hidden Attacker) * She points a shotgun at you once she is in your office you have to react fast or else she has a chance in ending your run

Added extra characters on the hidden CSS roster ("Dapper Blook" and "Bullied Fish") [I was going trough my older scratch projects to see what to put into the extended roster]
* Note Dapper-Blook and Bullied Fish have no progress on them, yet I thought it would be funny to put them in.
