Cam now takes power with power gen on

Power generator won't give you as much power, but will reduce the amount of power taken when door/camera is closed

- Door 0.04 without power gen | 0.01 with power gen

- Cam 0.07 without power gen | 0.03 with power gen

Tasque Manager:

Power Generation now has a limit before not increasing power as much.

Tasque M AI 0 - 75 Power

Tasque M AI 30 - 30 Power

Once power gen reaches 0 it will regen power at a much worse rate

Autocare is much worse with Tasque M (For Balancing reasons)

Julty:

He no longer can be shot

* Mainly due to buggy interaction where he would just kill you if you shot him (Though it still in Kaizo so trollolollolol)
