  • Your Fangame Must NOT Contain Models, Audio, Or Textures from Any of The Official JoyVille Games (Ex. Joyville 1, Joyville 2)

  • You Must Say They Are Your Fangame and Is Not an Official Product of Kud Play Games in Any Way.

If Your Fangame of Joyville Doesn't Have Any of the Stuff Mentioned Above, It Shouldn't Be Prohibited and Would Have No Reason to Be Taken Down Under Any Circumstances!
