CHAPTER 3-Reno Nakahashi VS. Fendo
6 days after the special grade curse fight curses started to get worse and kill more and more people, and there has been more signs of special grade curses in Japan.
???-“when are we gonna go out and exercise curses?”
Todo-“I don’t know I’m waiting for a special grade curse.”
???-“but aren’t we supposed to exercise all cursed spirits.”
Todo-“We’re still in hiding only a few people know we’re Yuji is but if we get found then who knows what the new leaders of the big 2 clans would do if they found us.”
???-“well I don’t know why they want to execute us we did nothing to them.”
Todo-“Reno you killed the new Gojo clan leader.”
Reno-“He was corrupt, unlike Okkotsu”
Todo-“Hold on, i’m picking up a special grade curse on are radar.”
Reno-“I’ve got this one.”
Todo-“Fine be safe.”
Special grade curse-“So Reno you’ve finally came out of hiding.”
Reno-“how do you know my name.”
Special grade curse-“do you not know? You’re famous after killing the leader of the Gojo clan.”
Reno-“Whatever let’s just get this over with.”
Reno Nakahashi’s cursed technique- Soul Carcass is a formidable Special Grade cursed technique born from the user's "locked-in" focus on the ultimate expression of a sorcerer's power: their innate domain, particularly inspired by the brutal efficiency of Sukuna's Malevolent Shrine. This technique allows the user to create a solidified, "dead" version of their own domain, a potent husk that can be physically manifested and wielded. The core theme of reflection is tied to the user reflecting their own domain's destructive potential into a tangible, albeit hollow, form. This technique allows the user to extract their innate domain's conceptual essence and solidify it into a physical construct they call a "Soul Carcass." This Carcass retains the fundamental characteristics and attack principles of the original domain but lacks its dynamic, self-sustaining cursed energy flow. Instead, the user must fuel the Carcass with their own life force, sacrificing approximately 1-2 years of their lifespan per significant activation. The Carcass can manifest as a massive, monolithic structure or be broken down into smaller, shard-like projectiles. While the Carcass itself is an inert manifestation of the domain's destructive power, the user can imbue specific areas of it with focused bursts of their own cursed energy, replicating the domain's signature attacks at immense personal cost. The "locked-in" trait ensures the user's unwavering dedication to perfecting this self-destructive but incredibly potent technique, treating their own life as the ultimate currency for unmatched offensive power.
Reno-“Soul Carcass: Soul Flame”
The special grade curse named Fendo’s cursed technique is Anima's Descent. Anima's Descent is a Special Grade cursed technique born from the user's reckless pursuit of ultimate power at the cost of their own vitality. Inspired by the horrific potential of Idle Transfiguration, it manipulates the user's very soul, forcing it through a harrowing cycle of deconstruction and reconstruction. This process allows them to temporarily embody the fragmented souls of others they've come into contact with, manifesting grotesque and powerful forms at the expense of their own physical and mental health. The user's immense cursed energy allows them to initiate a violent self-transfiguration, essentially tearing their soul apart and weaving it with residual soul fragments from individuals they have encountered. This manifested state, known as an "Anima," is a monstrous hybrid form that embodies the traits and power of the borrowed souls, often resulting in grotesque, disjointed appearances. For example, they might manifest a limb of solidified rage or a torso that echoes the despair of a past victim. Each transformation drastically degrades the user's health and sanity, requiring immense willpower to maintain control. The power of the Anima is directly tied to the "strength" and "dominance" of the souls integrated, and the user can sustain multiple anima forms by continuously sacrificing their own life force, making them a terrifying and unpredictable force despite their decaying state.
Fendo-“Anima's Decent: Shield of Fragmented Souls”
Reno-*who is this guy he can’t be this strong to survive an attack like this.*
Fendo-“HAHAHAHA FINALLY SOMEONE WHO CAN MATCH ME!!”
Reno-“fine I’ll use it… Domain Expansion: Nihilistic Sanctum
Nihilistic Sanctum is a domain where the user's Soul Carcass is fully realized. The environment itself becomes a manifestation of the Carcass, with the user able to detach and direct massive sections of its "flesh" to crush opponents. Within this domain, any cursed energy the opponent expends is partially siphoned to further sustain the Carcass, accelerating the user's life force drain but also amplifying the raw destructive output of their domain-husk.
Fendo-“hmm I see how it is… Domain Expansion: The Souls Crucible.”
The Souls Crucible is a domain that constantly reshapes itself according to the fragmented souls within. The user, at the center of this ever-shifting hellscape, can freely absorb and combine these errant soul energies, manifesting overwhelming Anima forms that are amplified and stabilized by the domain itself. Opponents are barraged by the chaotic manifestations of countless souls, while the user's own health continues to deteriorate at an accelerated rate, pushing them to their absolute limits.
Reno-“so you have a domain to.”
Fendo-*This is bad if I keep on going on like this my state will be terrible I might even end up dead after this fight… after this domain I have to run away*
Fendo starts to laugh as Reno wins the domain clash.
Fendo-“soul shadow style: domain breaker”
Reno-*Shit he knows shadow style but he has incorporated it with his technique but how?*
