I made the glow effects with airbrush on Flipaclip

But hey, at least I get to meet my OC, face to face for the first time. :)

I was bored, so I made NeoN in a Dallas Stars hockey jersey.

Here's chapter 1 all together I'm thinking I'll do 4 pages a chapter if I need to extend that I will
