Just some improvements to the menus

for advices !

settings menu:
lined up the graphical quality
moved the buttons locations a little bit
changed the save game button to quit game button since it was not working
Main menu:
Moved the buttons a little bit
And for both of the menus:
Changed the board texture to make it sharper and generally better
some places in the neighbors house
If you ever wanted to throw vases or plates for harming him now you can!
