SHOWMAN'S: The Awakening

Just throwing this out there about the tapes in Showman’s.

Normally I wouldn’t say something like this but it’s not spoiling anything so whatever. Plus I wanna just set some expectations and all that jazz.

Showman’s will indeed still have the tapes (unsurprisingly), however they’ll be a little different from what you see in Phobia, specifically Tape 6.

Tape 6 is planned to be less of a “shock value” sort of thing. It’ll still remain disturbing with flashes, of course, but I feel as though the old one is just NOT the way it should have been done lol. It’s too over the top and I’m surprised nobody has actually said anything about that. It’s also just unrealistic in general, and not what would have really happened in the story, too.

I’ve seen a lot of hate going around with the whole FNaF VHS genre so it kind of makes me nervous that I’ll be ridiculed for some garbage I made when I was 19 lmao. I don’t really hate the VHS stuff myself but there’s a lot of them that are over the top (or way more) like Phobia’s Tape 6 and there’s no way I’m gonna keep it like that.

The new tapes will be superior.

(this doesn't really mean anything do not panic)

SHOWMAN'S: The Awakening has gotten a big game page update! Not everything is 100% final, but it's quite close!

Decided to install Unreal Engine 4 and uninstall 5.

My computer does not sound like it is going to the moon.

My knowledge from UE5 appears to work in it, though I am aware there are differences in things.

I think I made a good decision tbh.
