The problem I see:
It's really hard to find free images for non-copyright but a template or something public domain, like something that is there for you to do a starting point or freedom to do whatever you want.
What I think I'll do:
I decided that maybe that when I release the game shinedere I'll make sure all assets are under creative commons zero, which means you can do anything with the vn game images for whatever purpose and without crediting me at all or asking permission and because now I think if someone wants to make their own moe artstyle 2000s then why not help them out.
In the future I'll create a website called WAM-BAM, where you can find 2000s anime/animecore of my arts under cc0 but maybe in the future 
You know I always wanted to help other vns devs or artist so that's what I am doing
