The KAF are a government that governs Kelvar-10, named by humanity because of the sun it orbits, that being Kelvar.
Kelvar-10 is rich with history and conflict, however much of it has been buried for reputation sake.

The KAF have one main priority, making sure every civilian has rights and freedom over their property, and themselves.

Back in the 12th century (in Earth terms), before Kelvar-10 encountered any non-native entities from outside their planet, crime was rampant during the first few decades of the KAF's establishment.

However, law became more brutal because of the anarchy, and from there Kevlar became a much more peaceful place.

The reason the two axes are included in the KAF's emblem is because those two axes were given to them from humanity as a sign of peace.
The bird in KAF is their most famous animal, the Leximonous Lantel, dubbed the "Eye Bird" by the locals.
The Eye Bird is most notable for well, the eye that is at the inside of where its mouth is.

The method of consumption is by dissolving the moisture from its prey into its eye, it has only been recorded twice actually eating food.

The way an Eye Bird hunts is by locking its prey with it's beak until it's wedged into the skeletal structure of said prey.
If it wishes to eat it directly, the eye will contract into its maw to reveal its throat, it will then crush the bones inside the prey and consume it whole before moving its eye in-front of the mouth once more.
The presumed reasoning for its evolution was because of another bird (Benzoi Mendas) that would dive into the mouths of its victims and peck out its prey from the inside.
