Legal Action


Make a failed game AND get a C&D. This about sums it up -

“At no time have you obtained permission to manufacture, distribute or sell video games or other merchandise depicting cartoon rabbits in connection with my client’s intellectual property. Note that you of my client’s trademark in connection with your video games is likely to create consumer confusion as to sponsorship or endorsement with respect to my client’s cartoon characters and online website.”

Since the failed Kickstarter campaign, and the newest distribution of this game that is available, the game has now been titled “RRR.”

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
