Note that you of my client’s trademark in connection with your video games is likely to create consumer confusion as to sponsorship or endorsement with respect to my client’s cartoon characters and online website.”

Since the failed Kickstarter campaign, and the newest distribution of this game that is available, the game has now been titled “RRR.”
