I've spent so many hours trying to get him and I always either got the missing poster too late or I didn't get it at all and now that I have given up and simply tried to do a few runs where I try to kill Hush and Delirium and I randomly got it on the second floor with a Sacrifice Room on the third Floor.
Finally I get to experience all the fun (trauma) that so many others had while trying to unlock everything with The Lost... hooray
