let's hope @gamejolt wisens up and listens to the entire rest of their platform, because half of my friends are switching to tumblr or bsky because of all this. Edit: for those unaware of the drama. read the article.


they added a boost system where someone can PAY for more recognition on the platform. so instead of actually working to get popular you can just pay. that isn't fair. and when people pointed this out? they deleted those peoples creator status with the reason of "MISINFORMATION!!!!" which just screams greedy corporation blaming their fans instead of taking responsibility.
