It's been getting worse. Again. Why you may ask? It's simple. My mental health has been declining for months and weeks. I don't know how to express it more.

It feels as if I should just give up. Relapse. Hang myself. You name it, I'll do it. Why you may ask? Heh. Let's just say YOLO. It's about time I give up.

After all, 37 years is long enough.
