Is the game cancelled? No. Is it on hold? Kind of. But that's not important right now. I wanna explain to you some of the concept features I've got:
Lines: Lines is a difficulty rating used for the game. 1 line is easy while 2 lines are somewhat easy and so on. You get the idea.
Cursor Custom: Cursor Custom is a little list that lets you choose your mouse icon which you play with. It's just visuals, nothing too big.
Performance Settings: I'll be adding a little button that toggles things that would cause performance drops, like huge amount of particles, huge objects, high details.
Mods: Line-A will have mods but for now I've only planned one. Which is the "No Damage" mod. It lets you play levels without taking damages. It's purpose is for you to have fun with a level or practice it.
Achievements: Whenever you beat a level, it gives you an achievement on Game Jolt. Only if you connect your Game Jolt ID, so don't forget! (You won't get achievements if you're playing a level with mods enabled)
Custom Levels: If you know how to use scratch, you can make your own levels. You will receive a copy of the project set up properly for you to easily start making levels. You will make the level by placing blocks for attacks and wait second blocks to sync your level. After your level is finished, you send it to me and I will move your level to the official game within a week. If it's accepted, of course. The requirements are as following:
Your level must have effort
Your level must be played without any mods on video
Your level must have a non-copyright song (If you decide to not use the songs I provided with the project)
Your level must be at least 1+ minute long
Your level must have a name
Your level should not use any custom blocks you made (It makes it very difficult to move levels, so it will just end up being denied)
You must send it to Salee somehow (I'll make another system for that lol)
