Level 108 is a series of hollow cylindrical spaces with windows lining the perimeter.
There are exactly 44 windows on each floor, and above is a view of the sky.
The hallways inside are rather dark, with the occasional large object blocking your path.
It is theorised these objects no-clipped from reality into level 108.
To exit, enter an elevator to level 65.
