Hallways that seem to come from a hospital with a similar look from level Run For Your life. Dimly lit green lights repeatedly flash. Entities can come out of hallway intersections, mainly hounds, smilers, and howlers.

Going through a hallway with flashing green lights in The Poolrooms will lead you here

Exits

If the flashing green lights turn off ( which has a 4 percent chance while you are there ), the hallway will become Level Run For Your Life

Walking 2 miles into an extremely heated area will lead you to level 3

Noclipping into a table with the symbol of a pipe on it will lead you to level 2
