The level is an infinite ocean that is only 35 feet deep entities consist of wretches in the waters. The way they can float is because the level is non-Euclidean so the anything can float on the water. The thing on level 7 is also here and feeds off the wretches but not the wanderers. But it is very easy to become a wretch. if you don't drink, sleep, or eat for a day the wretched cycle begins. if you are brave enough to get off the canoe you spawn in you can swim down to the sea ground you will get squished by the huge amount of water pressure once your in about 10 feet. They way to enter is by finding a boat on level 7 or by drinking the moist carpet on level 0. The way to exit is by surviving a day to be sent to level 7 or to kill a wretch to be sent to level ! or if you've already been there then you will be sent to level 9.
