Fanart of a cartoon character I had a crush on when I was a Smol Child, Had to use a tutorial to learn how to draw her, It’s Kitty Katswell from a cartoon called Tuff Puppy. :P

I now own the rights to these two characters from my dude @SuperGamingBrosSGB thanks to @lucidlotus for giving me the right for the last one. I will make new art of them soon, stay tuned ;3
