Remake of the remake I made of concept_md (now named seishin)(created by @felix_theanimator) since i was looking around the oddities wiki n remembered it

Back to that exe I was remaking, here she is in full! The basic concept is that shes an exe who actually achieved godhood, and rules over her world. With this much power she becomes aware of the greater exeverse n makes plans to rule over that realm too.
