First of all, Let me clarify something, i do think that the beans that you recollect on the Bean Bean Kingdom by getting inside of the earth and getting them out, those beans are CORPSES, like, the entire kingdom has Bean people, so technically, those beans of the ground, USED to be people, but now they are corpses, like, it's too obvious, The beans are PEOPLE here, and the beans, that conveniently are found inside of the earth like a corpse is put into the earth during a funeral, but, considering that these beans are located randomly and the Bean Bean kingdom is filled with jerks and murderers, it'd be simpler to explain that those persons have hidden a corpse on a random spot, these beans should have been people too.

on more simple words, their corpses USED to be normal bean people.

But i'm not done yet, i didn't do a post just to say that the beans of the ground are corpses and simply leave it that way.

So, in Starblends, you usually give those Beans to a dude in exchange of some special juice thingy, and then E. Gadd comes in to try out the thing and gives something special to you, oh yeah, and of course you are given the juice thing back, like, he isn't going to literally drink the thing you gave the beans for and not letting you have it.

Anyways, those juice thingies? i'll go straight to the point, these are steroids.

like, if you drink these things your ATTACK or DEFENSE or SPEED or whatever increases, it's like a steroid, where it changes you a little bit.

this means you're giving out corpses to receive steroids

now, you give corpses in exchange of steroids, so, you put the Corpses on a machine, and from the same machine, the steroids come out, there are two alternatives coming from here:

1. The owner of the place lied (or wasn't aware of the truth) and these Steroids aren't made out of the corpses, you're technically simply paying for them with corpses, the Steroids were already made, they just need the corpses, Why? Because E. Gadd experiments on these (Or maybe the owner of the place wants to do something very dirty), this would make sense as why E. Gadd gives you something everytime you try out a drink that you haven't tried out yet, he's giving you something as a "thanks" by helping him on his experiments, Whenever the owner of the place is aware of all of this and is okay with it or doesn't know is unknown, through i wouldn't be surprised if he was aware of this and still went along with it, like a lot of people on the Bean Bean kingdom are bad people (Popple is a thief, The green dude of the start of the game just betrayed M&L and blasted Bowser off, etc, etc.), even the prince self is a bad person (at the end of the game he puts a bomb on Bowser's castle, and warns us, so he literally killed a lot of people and warned us so WE were the ones getting out.), why would the dude of such a ""friendly"" shop be any kinder?

2. The Steroids are actually made out of the corpses and they just want to sell Steroids to people, Probably not revealing that these are steroids, The reason could be something else other than just money, after all they don't sell these steroids by money, but by corpses, maybe they just wanted to give out steroids to everyone on the city? through, if that were to be the case then they'd want to find the corpses themselves and sell the steroids by money instead of asking for the main ingredient of the steroids, and besides i don't think that a machine can give the properties of steroids to a corpse so quickly, so this is highly unlikely even if you think that they only give the steroids by giving the ingredients just so they can't look suspicious, unless the machine can ACTUALLY give the steroid effect on the Corpses somehow.

so they offer free steroids that change up your stats a little bit in exchange of some corpses.

Yeah i just made up a wall of text explaining how messed up this game is.

Also, idk if the beans of the other M&L games are also corpses, they probably are, idk.
